Happy (belated) New Year everyone! [click to expand image]
Slightly late, but here is the New Year’s Card from the Keroro Wiki for 2024. This is the same one that Mine Yoshizaki made in 2014; I have edited the year and translated the caption into English. In the card, you can see Keroro wearing a horse head mask, a popular Japanese meme in the early 2000s and 2010s. It's hard to believe that 10 years have already passed since 2014!
Natsumi's comment of being too full after eating festive meals is a relatable sentiment, but let's also remember that these meals are where we get to spend some quality time with friends and family! Let's try to seize the opportunity this year to spend more time with those we love to make some new memories to cherish.
On the tag held in Natsumi's hand is a drawing of a horse, which was the Chinese Zodiac animal for 2014―the one for this year is a dragon, who in Keroro feature in the fourth movie. Will you be doing anything worthy of a dragon this year? Do let us know and keep in touch.
Wishing you all the very best!
