Even though this was released on April 1st, they made it clear that this is legit! Not much information was given, but a new project is in the works, and it seems the voice actors will be returning for their respective roles! This is super exciting and I'm looking forward to see what they have planned! I'll try and update as we get more information

The Keroro Gunso anime is celebrating it's 20th Anniversary this year! To celebrate this, an official Twitter (or X I guess lol) account was made in which they will post anime-related information on there!
With that said, they have a premier set up on their YouTube account for April 1st (which leaves me suspicious, but let's hope for the best LOL). It could simply be a video celebrating the anime, or... maybe a new season? 👀 I guess we'll have to wait and see!
