Babubu is a baby space kookoo. His original form is a small size. Then later, Keroro wakes up one night and sees a little bump under his covers so he looks under and there is a baby the next day he shows the platoon naturally mois-chan and tamama-chan are not happy about him he later grows to an enormus size do to his real species. It is revealed that he is a large green bird after his pacifier is glowing, ready to evolve. Despite his name and appearance, he's not a Keronian.
