Note: The File is mainly focused on the chapter 214, so the differences noted will be about that chapter.
- In manga Poyon makes a brief appearance near the end of the chapter, but in Keroro she doesn't appear.
- In manga Mois wears the zoo guide clothing, while in Keroro she doesn't wear it, instead wearing her usual clothing.
- In Keroro Shin and Black Star combined together to get rid of Space Cerberus, while in the manga Keroro in his dragon form defeatedit with Myou's help.
- In the manga Viper Momi made a cameo, while in Keroro all references of her in this episode are removed and doesn't appear.
- In Keroro Myou was next to Tomosu, Keroro was wearing a kappa outfit and Giroro was next to him, while in the manga Tamama was a Kappa and Viper Momi was next to him while Keroro was sitting out next to Tomosu and Shin in which Shin was with Fuyuki in Keroro.

- This episode marks the first time we have seen Shin and Black's combined form. We still don't know what kind of form it this.
- This episode is based on chapter 214.
- This is the last appearance of Black Star, since he doesn't appear in the finale.
Errors[]
- In the meeting when Keroro is telling the members that he is going to build the space Zoo, the spiral on Kururu's hat is colored red instead of yellow and Giroro's belt button on his back is square instead of being circle.
- When Keroro and the others are heading towards the Earth, Fuyuki is seen wearing a blue shirt instead of green shirt.
- When Keroro is showing Fuyuki and Myou the spaceship, Myou's buttons are missing on her shirt.
- Kururu made 3 cameos in this episode, but his voice was listed in the credits, which is odd since he didn't have any spoken lines.
