Generalissimo (AKA The Great General) is the leader of the Keron Army and possibly the emperor/leader of the planet itself, he was referenced in the manga and anime but most of his information is unknown.

Though the great leader of the Keron Army remains a mystery,his personality and ideaology is what strongly motivates the Keron Army in their goal for cosmic conquest. He see's other planets as "Inferior" and thus sees that these planets must be taken under Keronian control.
