The Strategic Weather Satellite Little Policeman (戦略象衛星こまわり Shoueisei Komawari) is one of Kululu's inventions. It is a satellite resembling Kululu, complete with spiral glasses, outfitted in a policeman's cap, shirt and necktie. It was initially created to control Pekopon's weather, although later models showed other functions in later appearances. In Episode 36B, it is described as "the Keron Army's terrifying device which can control the weather in any part of the world". ("Kululu built" from Funimation dub).
Four Little Policemen satellites were created throughout the anime; the first one was hacked by Tororo and gaining its own mind left to explore deep space. A replacement one, the Little Policeman 2 (こまわり ツー Komawari tsū), was meant to be installed in episode 114B, but once learning about its true goal, Dororo started to move it out of orbit towards a blackhole. Tamama attempted to stop him, but just ended up destroying the satellite. The Little Policeman 3 (こまわり スリー Komawari surī) was launched shortly afterwards. It started operating successfully, but Keroro attempted to charge it through the energy of excitation from humans rushing towards time sales. The resulting energy was larger than expected, overcharging the satellite and blowing it up.
The Little Policeman 4 (こまわり フォー Komawari fō) was launched already prepared to function, and immediately started accelerating global warming around the planet. Keroro intended to throw the world into chaos as the sea advanced over landmasses. However, Fuyuki convinced him to stop, reminding him that it'd destroy the Gunpla industry. Afterwards, the Little Policeman 4 remained in operation throughout the series, acting in various roles.
